Supply Chain Advisor (FM Services Category)
Leading Property/Facilities Management Company
A rapidly growing property & facilities management organisation are now seeking to recruit a supply chain advisor, with a focus on a Facilities Management supply chain encompassing Hard and Soft Services suppliers/contractors and consultants.
Day to day responsibilities:
The role will involve both day to day, tactical and strategic responsibilities, working with a number of FM sub-contractors/suppliers. Day to day activities will also include the on-boarding of new suppliers, performance management, issuing improvement notices, risk management, and data analysis. From a strategic point of view you'll help to drive innovation, sustainability and social governance. Duties will be shared with colleagues, and you'll receive guidance and support from management along with the opportunity for additional training.
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have a background in procurement/supply chain management and will ideally have some experience/exposure of Facilities/Property Services.
