Description

Our client is a leading property investor with £Billions under management in Europe, the US and Asia. They have significant holdings in the student accommodation markets and are looking to further consolidate their portfolio in the UK with a number of property acquisitions.

As part of that growth plan, they are looking to strengthen their technical team by hiring a Technical Services Manager responsible for managing both maintenance and projects across a property portfolio consisting predominantly of purpose built, and often high rise Student Accommodation/Build to Rent type properties.

Supporting other senior members of the Technical Services Team, and working closely with outsourced managing agents, you will ensure properties are correctly maintained and compliant to ensure building users enjoy the best possible experience whilst maintaining asset value.

In addition to business as usual planned and reactive maintenance of properties Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric assets, you'll also instigate and manage various projects relating to asset improvement, energy and fire safety projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Fabric,Mechanical and Electrical knowledge, and ideally some experience of Residential, however candidates in the commercial property sector will also be considered.

The role comes with a salary up to £85,000, a Bonus up to circa 20% of your salary, various benefits including Healthcare and a generous pension.
