London

We have partnered with a highly regarded, independent firm of property professionals, who are known just as well for their industry knowledge as they are for being one of the warmest, most welcoming property advisory organisations in the UK. Impressively, as they have grown, they've managed to preserve a remarkable culture that truly nurtures its employees and yet they remain highly competitive and are rapidly expanding.
Due to a sustained period of success and several new instructions, they are looking for a Property Management Surveyor to join their successful commercial property management team. You will oversee a multi-client portfolio that covers Central London, this portfolio will consist of mainly high-profile multi-tenanted commercial properties. This role will be based from our clients' offices in London's West End; however, you will be carrying out site visits and there will be an element of hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management - Oversee day to day management of the commercial property portfolio, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, maintenance standards, and tenant satisfaction.
- Client Relations - Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, and tenants.
- Service Charge Management - Oversight of the buildings service charge budgets, responsible for service charge production, and monitor financial performance.
- Lease Agreements - Administer lease agreements, including rent reviews, lease renewals.
- Conduction regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs and identifying property improvement.
Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, Property Management, or a related field (MRICS Certificate is preferable)
- Proven experience in commercial property management
- Strong understanding of lease negotiations, service charge budgets
- Have a professional manner, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable liaising with stakeholders.
