You will be responsible for a portfolio of properties across Central London and the South East, that will mainly consist of multi-tenanted commercial properties. Our client offers hybrid working; meaning you will work from home 2 days a week and be in the office 3 days a week which includes carrying out your site inspections on one of these 3 days.
Key Duties:
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of your portfolio, carrying out regular site visits
- Production and management of each buildings service charge budget
- Attending tenant / client meetings, whilst acting as a key point of contact for any issues
