At Hexagon we are proud to be working with a prestigious property developer. Who are synonymous with luxurious residential property developments. They are now looking for a residential building manager at a high specification residential quarter in west London that includes over 500 stunning apartments and leisure facilities including a gym and pool.
Within the role, you will be responsible for leading an in house team of, health and safety, budgets, compliance, contractor management and assuring customer satisfaction is second to none.
The ideal candidate will boast a wealth of knowledge in block management and have a passion for property. You’ll have communication skills, a flare for people management and excellent customer service skills as well as being an all round great team player.
