FM Estimator (Hard Services)
Homebased/Hybrid
A rapidly growing Facilities Management Services provider are seeking to recruit a Hard Services biased FM Estimator to support the business development/bid team on work winning activities through precise and innovative contract estimation.
You'll be joining a highly successful business which has grown by 25 percent in the last year, working on FM bids both in the private and public sector.
Duties will include providing competitive cost solutions for bids, obtaining bid quotes from subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining estimating databases, and assisting with the preparation of bid proposal documents.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience estimating commercial hard services FM contracts, and should either be open to (with additional training) or have previous experience estimating soft services.
Candidates can be based anywhere in the country, working from home but should be able to travel nationally to visit client sites and meet for huddles with colleagues.
The role comes with a salary up to £65,000 plus car/allowance and benefits.
