Engineering Manager
Central London
£65,000 - £70,000
We are excited to be recruiting an Engineering Manager to manage an iconic, multi-tenanted commercial property in Central London, and have several corporate occupiers situated within the property. Furthermore, you will be working for a market leader in the property & asset management space, who are renown for the opportunities that they offer to their employees.
As the Engineering Manager, you will work closely with the building management team in the day-to-day management of the property, with you being the dedicated point of contact for the engineering services.
You will also be involved in:
- Management of the M&E service partners on site
- Identify innovative ways to improve on energy & sustainability
- Monitoring health & safety across the asset
- Overseeing any fit-out projects across the building
- Liaising with tenants, and attending to their needs when necessary
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
- Strong mechanical and electrical background (HNC/HND/Degree or Masters in a Building Services/Mechanical or Electrical Subject)
- Experience in mobilisation of new build properties or project managing large scale projects
- Previously managed a sizeable property / estate
- A broad experience in Technical FM operations
- Experience auditing 3rd party suppliers
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues.
