FM Helpdesk Administrator
Building Services Maintenance
Bank, City of London
£30,000, Various Benefits.
Our client are one of the leading providers of facilities and maintenance services, with a fantastic reputation for nurturing and developing their employees, and are regularly named as one of the worlds best employers.
Having recently won a major Facilities Maintenance contract they are now looking to recruit a passionate Helpdesk Administrator to join their Helpdesk Team.
Key responsibilities will include.
- Categorising and resourcing the correct engineer based on skills set and proximity to work location
- Handling telephone and email queries from clients and engineers on outstanding and on-going work orders
- Liaising with other branch members with regard to queries on purchase orders
- Recording reactive maintenance calls onto their Service Management Software.
- Working on the internal system and Client's systems
- Constantly updating systems and clients throughout the day
- To cover Holiday/Sickness for colleagues
- Assist other team members when required
- Ensure accurate and timely allocation of work requests from clients to meet service level agreements
- Working to tight deadlines and targets
They have a fantastic office atmosphere and are looking for a honest and friendly individual with previous experience on Helpdesk. The role comes with a salary of £30000 plus a generous benefits package.
