PRS Property Manager – South London
£30,000 - £35,000 plus car allowance
Due to continued growth and big plans for 2022, we are delighted to have been approached by a well-respected real estate organisation to support them in their search for a Property Manager to join their growing PRS division.
As the Property Manager, you will be based in our clients’ head office in South London and manage a portfolio of residential PRS properties across South London. Your role will be to provide a first-class service to your clients / residents, whilst ensuring statutory requirements are met and guidance from ARLA and RICS are being followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all statutory compliance checks for communal areas are carried out
- Carrying out annual inspections
- Communicating effectively and professionally with residents
- Arranging check out reports and inspections
You will ideally have up to 3 years of experience within the PRS sector, plus if you hold an ARLA certificate this will put you at an advantage. However, if you do not hold this certificate, this is not an issue providing you aspire to achieve this.
