Property Manager – Block Management – London

£35,000 - £45,000 plus a great benefits package

Due to continued growth and an influx of new work, we are delighted to have been approached by a specialist, block management organisation to support them in their search for a Property Manager to join their successful block management team.

As the Property Manager, you will be based in our clients’ head office in West London and manage a portfolio of residential blocks across Central London. Your role will be to provide a first-class service to your clients / residents, whilst ensuring statutory requirements are met and guidance from RICS and ARMA are being followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio whilst strictly following legislation and serving your clients needs
  • Preparation of service charge budgets in line with the codes of practice
  • Monitoring the health & safety of your portfolio, whilst liaising with internal teams
  • Planning of all maintenance and repair work

You will ideally have up to 3 years of experience within the residential block management sector, plus if you hold an IRPM certificate this will put you at an advantage. However, if you do not hold this certificate, this is not an issue providing you aspire to achieve this.
