Residential Property Manager – London
£35,000 - £45,000 plus car allowance
We are working with a boutique-chartered surveying practice, who are looking to add a Property Manager to their growing Residential Property Management team. You will be joining an organisation that offers flexible working and will support you with training and development.
As the Property Manager, you will be based in our clients’ head office in Central London and manage a portfolio of residential properties across London and the South. Your role will be to provide a first-class service to your clients / residents, whilst ensuring statutory requirements are met and RICS guidance are being followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all statutory compliance checks for communal areas are carried out
- Carrying out site inspections
- Communicating effectively and professionally with residents
- Supervising service partner contracts across your designated portfolio
You will ideally have up to 3 years of experience within the residential management sector, plus you will hold an IRPM certificate, or be working towards this status.
