Facilities Manager – London – Residential Properties - £40,000 - £50,000 plus company benefits!
Hexagon Group are delighted to be partnered with a bespoke, residential property developer in their search for a Facilities Manager to manage a high-end development in West London.
Due to continued growth, you would be joining at a pinnacle point for the company, with further plans to increase their property portfolio over the coming years.
As the Facilities Manager, you will be directly responsible for the day-to-day management of the estate, overseeing the electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring the site is always presentable and health & safety is strictly followed.
You will ideally have experience working within the property management sector and come from either a residential or hospitality background. You will have strong knowledge of building maintenance systems and hold either an IOSH or NEBOSH certificates. If you come from a technical background, this may put you at a slight advantage.
